Please note the White Horse Inn and Saloon check-in times are between 3-10 pm.If later check-in is needed after 10 PM please call us at 208-920-9157. We are smalllocal business so we do not have staff on-site 24/7, so it's imperative you geta hold of us. We are local and able to be on-site within minutes.

If you're coming from Post Falls, take Highway 41 North. It's about a 25-minute drive. Once you reach the town of Spirit Lake, you will turn West onto Maine Street and you'll see our large sign on the left-hand side just about halfway down the road. During the summer months, you can park for free on the streets, but in winter you will need to find a parking space off of Maine Street. We get so much snow in the winter and our snowplows need to clear the streets. If your vehicle is parked on Maine street, it is subject to a ticket and possibly towed...so let us help you find a parking space. We have car and motorcycle parking available off the alley behind our building which has security cameras for your safety.      Policies Cancellation Standard Rates – Range from $85-125 per night depending on the type of room Reservations canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be asked to take full responsibility of the charges for reserved dates. We are a small business and cancellations affect us significantly.

Terms, conditions and Privacy Policy

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings, multiple room bookings, holiday season and special events. Please call the hotel to cancel a reservation at 208-920-9157


Check-in is between 3pm-10pm. If you can't get to us by then, give us a call and we can make other arrangements to meet you and ensure a smooth check-in upon your arrival. We also have bartenders that are more than willing to help you get checked in... they just might be busy with a full bar of guests. Please specify the time of check-in prior to the day of your arrival, as The White Horse Inn and Saloon does not have a 24-hour front desk. We do have an on-call manager available for late check-ins. Check-out is 11 am. The White Horse Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. No pets permitted unless they are ADA Service Animals.
